I had been diagnosed with diabetic issues almost a year ago. I`m currently Sixty four years old. Diabetes is a carbohydrate illness, caused from fatty liver, So quit the carbs do not drink alcohol or eat deep fried or processed food. fix your liver and the rest will come back naturally. It can be reversed at any stage you just have to make a lifestyle change and eat the right foods. I wish you all the best

The more diabetic insulin you take the worse your condition will get. Plant based dieting or even the atkins diet can reverse diabetes but you have to make it a (life plan) not just a diet! I lost over 100 lbs on the atkins diet and now I am trying a plant based diet to try to cure my diabetes.
